Job Description
Provide theoretical and clinical instructions to students to expected standards to ensure mastery of skills and good performance standards.
Monitor students’ performance to maintain outstanding institutional standards.
Offer guidance and counselling to promote discipline and a good learning environment.
Develop and review curricula in line with Nursing Council requirements.
Develop and coordinate extra curriculum activities for students.
Ensure proper management and use of resources in a cost effective manner.
Prepare learning materials and maintain student’s records and registers.
Requirements
BSc Nursing or KRN/KRM with an all-round working experience of at least 6 years in a senior nursing position.
