Responsibilities
Execute Inventory Management
Inventory management : Capture and submit all inbound inventory transactions in real time using the Warehouse Management System (COBI WMS) within 24 hours.
Inventory control : Conduct and oversee regular inventory control procedures, including weekly, mid-month, monthly, and annual cycle counts.
Manage Warehouse Quality Assurance and Control Procedures
Adhere to FIFO (First In First Out) for fertilizers, FEFO (First Expiry First Out) for seeds, and LIFO (Last In First Out) for all inventory movements out of the warehouse.
Ensure propers slow and obsolete Inventory management and reporting.
Manage & Develop a Team
Provide guidance, and coaching to direct reports to help them achieve their work objectives and improve their performance.
Enhance team capability by offering training and professional development support.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
2+ years of experience in inventory management or warehousing.
3+ years of experience working in Kenya(Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi, Ethiopia).
Proven expertise in using inventory management software.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory control strategies.
A sound understanding of health and safety regulations applicable in warehouse operations.
English language proficiency is required; additional languages such as Swahili is highly beneficial
