Treasury Operations Manager

PEVANS EA is looking for a Treasury Operations Manager. Reporting to the financial Controller, the position interacts with other functional areas including record, reporting, audit, tax, BPM, marketing and legal. The ideal candidate must the ability to manage both treasury operation functions and the Procure-to-Pay process.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury Operations

Oversee day-to-day cash management functions including cash positioning, executing wire transfers, cash flow and liquidity forecasting/modeling, short-term investing and borrowing, cash management reporting, reviewing/approving transactions, cash accounting, and customer service.
Develop cash management strategies to maximize efficiencies, utilize technologies, improve processes, safeguard assets and minimize costs.
Manage the enterprise banking infrastructure including opening/closing bank accounts, securing new services, optimizing bank account structures, administration of online banking systems, bank fee analysis and conducting user audits.
Develop, maintain and monitor a best-in-class set of treasury operational policies and procedures to ensure a robust internal control environment.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
Oversee the preparation of monthly reports that track investment performance, investment allocations, liquidity position and needs, and various ad hoc reports requested by management.
Establish and monitor treasury key performance metrics and develop / implement action plans to support improved performance and operations.

Accounts Payable

Oversee AP operations and ensure all processes are operating according to documented operating procedures, or create new/enhanced procedures to support new or modified processes.
Drive effective coordination with business partners to ensure AP processes and support are meeting the needs of the business
Ensure service levels are maintained and provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers
Assist in the monthly closing process, ensure anticipated payments are completed timely and keep management informed of issues
Be the Accounts Payable primary point-of-contact during the annual audit

Requirements

College Degree (BA/BS) in finance, economics or accounting.
Graduate Degree (MBA) or equivalent in finance preferred.
Certified Public Account Qualification (CPA) is a plus
Experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Finance and/or financial analysis (4 – 7 years).
Strong understanding of cash management and payment principles, liquidity and forecasting
A strong project management skillset.
