Travel Coordinator

Role Description

As a Travel Coordinator at Angama, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every detail of our guests’ travel experience is perfectly planned and executed. From confirming guest services during the booking process to reconfirming details before travel, you’ll be the key point of contact, ensuring all logistical arrangements are seamlessly managed. Working closely with both the internal team and external partners across East Africa, your proactive communication and attention to detail will ensure that each guest’s journey is smooth and joyful from start to finish.

Qualifications

Travel Coordination and Travel Arrangements skills
Customer Experience and Communication skills
Travel Management skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations in East Africa
Fluency in English and Swahili is a plus
Experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
