Main Duties
Able to organize travel from beginning to end through booking air tickets.
Assist in 24/7 support
Ability to make flight quotations in the prescribed standard formats and ticketing rules and with conditions clearly defined.
Handling all inquiries related to domestic and international air ticketing
Carrying out all follow-up procedures pertaining to customer level i.e reconfirming, re-issuing &refunding of air tickets.
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise during the trips
Up to date on airline rules regulations and current affairs within the industry
Maintain professional image as per organization image quality standards.
Advising client on travel arrangements E.g Passport travel information per country
Keeping clients up to date with any changes (flights delays Cancellations) etc
Secure new client sales and retention through customer service provided
Qualifications and experience
Must have a IATA diploma
Must have 4 years’ experience in a similar position
