Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions and workshops in various safari locations
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals and resources to ensure consistency and quality in training programs
Provide hands-on training and guidance in areas such as front office, wine service, bar operations and cocktail preparation
Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve staff performance
Collaborate closely with the management team to identify training needs and implement tailored training programs accordingly
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to ensure the client’s offerings are at the forefront of excellence
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to the staff, motivating and inspiring them to excel in their roles
Requirements
Proven track record as a Trainer, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Extensive hands-on experience in F&B and Front Office
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Charismatic and approachable personality, able to connect with and inspire others
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel to different safari locations as required
Certification in food safety and alcohol service is a plus
Basic or fluent Swahili is an advantage
