POSITION SUMMARY
Our client’s Training company is looking for a certified and experienced in-house trainer who will be responsible for design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; conduct needs assessment, execute training, promoting company products, efficiency and improving the skills of all personnel.
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs and identify performance gaps and implementing training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs.
Schedule appropriate training sessions.
Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
Supervise training budgets.
Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
Train and guide new employees.
Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
Administer training for designated customer groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual
Evaluate success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and transfer of knowledge to continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs;
Utilize a variety of techniques, concepts and development and delivery of training programs and strategies;
Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and company-wide strategy;
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any business related field.
Certificate of Training of Trainers course will be an added advantage.
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a training position.
Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
