What you can expect
The incumbent will be responsible for providing research and administrative support to the Market Research and Human Resources Business Units. Operational tasked will include but not limited to the following:
Assist the market development officer in ongoing surveys by providing research and administrative support.
Work under the supervision of the market development officer and provide desk research assistance as requested.
Work under the supervision of the Human Resources Business Partner to provide administrative support both to Business Units and functions.
Prepare a report on the learnings while interning at BASF, for purposes of benchmarking and process improvement of the soon to be launched management trainee program
Perform any other duties as and when required by both the business units.
Ensure to maintain Maintain confidentiality throughout the internship and beyond.
What we expect
Third year Undergraduate student of political science, management, sustainability or related field.
Some prior internship experience will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding and grasp of their area of study
Demonstrable potential to contribute to the BASF’s “We Create Chemistry” strategy.
Passionate for sustainability, fit for work in challenging context, persistent with pleasant personality.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
