Trade Quality Specialist

Job description
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Develop and entrench in-market Quality Standards in line with the Brand objectives and co-ordinate compliance with standards through awareness campaigns and a programme of audits as well as manage all trade quality issues.
Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all in trade quality conformanceCoordinate and actively manage consumer and customer complaintsCo-ordinate the recall of products from trade in liaison with Distribution and sales for business continuity.Co-ordinate regular trade/ consumer quality perception surveys of with sales and manage any issues arising to improve the company Quality perception.Support reduction/elimination of faking and adulteration activities by collaborating with Consultants, Law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
Key Requirements

University degree in Science field
3 years’ experience in Quality function in a manufacturing environment
Lead Auditor Training in ISO 9001:2008, FSSC 22000
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Management of consumers and customers
Proven & recognized achievements in one or more areas of Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Change management.
