DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participating in the development of the country’s marketing plan covering key brands and channels in liaison with the Brand Managers.
Creating a trade marketing strategy and communicating this to the marketing team.
Creating trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges
Managing the Brand visibility, competitive edge, and pricing Metrics.
Managing implementation of Customer contracts – JBPs, and Customer Loyalty programs
Managing implementation of B2B customer value propositions and JBPs
Monitoring the impact of marketing initiatives to ensure delivery of target and return on marketing investments.
Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business
Supporting and participating in the on-ground implementation of marketing initiatives, agency supervision, and performance evaluation
Reporting on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.
Managing and motivating a team of trade marketing executives.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business Administration/BCOM or a related field. Marketing preferred
At least 7 years experience in an FMCG, 3 out of which in trade marketing
