Your Role
As Trade Development Representative, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to sell to and acquire new KOKO Agents in assigned territories to help build our Nairobi network.
What You Will Do
Recruit KOKO Agents across the assigned Territory in accordance with set criteria
Plan and execute specific sales programs as directed
Educate potential Agents on company and technology solutions
Gather market insights and share feedback from targeted Agents
Manage Agent relationships and facilitate progress of assigned Agents from sales stage through install of KOKOpoint
Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
What You Will Bring To KOKO
Graduate from an accredited University, preferably in Business related area of study
1+ year in a similar position
Excellent interpersonal and selling skills
Good planning and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Experience in relationship management is an added advantage
