Trade Developers

Key Responsibilities

Ability to look for orders to increase company revenues.
Effectively market company products by organizing trials, training, and promotional offers.
Ensure 100% target achievement in the assigned region.
Gather data on the market, and customer details and upload it to the system.
Create awareness of the company’s range of products in assigned territory.
Take full charge of product sales in the assigned region.
Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory and technical specifications
Development and execution of sales and distribution strategies.

Requirements

A diploma holder in Sales and Marketing or related field with a minimum KCSE score of at least C+.
A minimum of one year in field sales
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a functional Android phone.
Must be a Kenyan over 21 years of age.
Can work on the commission-based employment contract and surpass targets.
Drive sales and achieve set targets.
Excellent communication skills.
