Tours Executive

Overall Responsibilities:

Management of inquiries.      
Full coordination of the tours booking process with the respective departments.
Handle client complaints.
Advise on the development of relevant packages.
Take a lead in sales and marketing services and packages offered.
Rate negotiation with relevant suppliers.
Arranging and organizing (FAM) trips for the tours consultant team.
Personnel and resource management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Background education in travel and tours/ sales and marketing management.
At least 3 – 5 years proved professional experience in a similar position.
In-depth knowledge of both domestic and international destinations.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Independent decision maker.
A flexible approach to work with a high degree of accuracy.
The ability to work well under pressure and cope with emergencies.
Multitasking and team work skills.
High quality presentation and report writing skills.
