Our client, a luxury tour agency seeks to recruit a Tour Marketer who will be responsible for promoting travel packages, engaging with customers, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote tour packages across various channels (social media, email, website, print).
Monitor and optimize marketing efforts based on performance data.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain relationships with past clients to encourage repeat business.
Conduct research on travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform product development.
Identify new market opportunities.
Track and report on sales performance, including conversion rates, customer feedback, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tours.
Attend travel expos, trade shows, and networking events to promote services and build industry relationships.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Passionate about travel and tourism
Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
Good knowledge of travel software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Critical thinker and problem solver.
