Our Client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Territory Manager.
Role Purpose
To implement and drive the sales strategy and action plans for the sales and distribution of Telkom products and services to resellers, distributors, agents & merchants within the assigned sales region. The role is expected to deliver sales targets and revenue margins across the customer network within the assigned region
Key Duties & Responsibilities
To achieve the sales (Revenue) targets for the region – both Mobile & MFS
To achieve Customer Base targets via acquisition drives & supporting HQ-led trade marketing & Brand activities
To drive Channel Specific Agenda in line with Company targets –ASOs, SSOs, TKash Agents
To achieve Site Profitability targets within the region via Site-based activities & programs
To prepare & implement the infrastructure blueprint for the region to ensure full market coverage
To undertake Channel Partner Relationship management to ensure sustainable business practices and profitability (ROI)
To oversee & drive the people capability agenda across all levels- TKL staff, 3P Staff and Partner staff
8.To ensure customer expectations regarding standard of services and product knowledge are net both in TKL Stores and in Partners stores
To monitor the activities of completion and to prepare counter action plans
To build interfaces and relations with other departments to drive the overall organizations agenda in the region: Finance, Logistics, and Marketing
Academic Background & Professional Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
2-3 years’ experience in regional senior management role sales and
