Tender Manager

Collaborate in multi-business tender preparation and consolidate technical and financial data.
Analyze simple to complex RFQs within the core business and prepare workable solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to prepare proposals for the range of SE products.
Act as the company’s internal contact point for the customer during the enquiry and bidding process.
Develop, negotiate, and confirm contract specifications with clients, in-group and out-group suppliers, contractors, and OEM companies.
Handle the costing process as part of the quotation process.
Use standard quotation and pricing tools within the tendering process to produce quotations.
Manage global tender risk analysis with multi-functional teams, Solution Risk Managers (SRMs), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Review and approve tender price/costing estimates and submit for management approval by the tendering processes.
Perform and initiate risk analysis on projects and ensure alignment with SE Business Policies.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations and professional standards.
Submit detailed responses to enquiry documentation and respond to any subsequent requests and clarifications.
Support sales teams in negotiations with customers and convert opportunities to purchase orders.
Clarify purchase order receipt and prepare detailed handover documentation for project execution.
Monitor and review the performance of the tendering process through preassigned KPIs.
Perform lessons learned analysis on both won and lost opportunities. Contribute to quotation tool improvements.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in tendering or bid management.
