Job Purpose
We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to help generate our sales. You will close sales over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
You will report to the Senior Team Leader Telesales. #LI-Hybrid.
What will you do:
Tele-Selling: You will call our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which we have to offer.
Conversion Objectives: You will ensure the campaign achieves its conversions and sales goals.
Quality Objectives: You will ensure the quality of calling follows set quality standards.
Productivity Objectives: You will adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma in a business-related field
1+ years of experience in sales
BPO industry / Call center industry experience
Understand the sales process
Team Player
