Telesales Marketer (Commercial) ICT Senior Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific responsibilities include:
The role is responsible for contacting customers to promote Tatu City products in order to generate and convert leads.
Specific responsibilities include:

Generate commercial, industrial and bulk residential leads by researching contacts of key decision makers. (Database development), attending client events & product activations and cold calling prospective customers.
Call potential customers to introduce new products and set up meetings and site tours on behalf of the commercial team.
Keep an updated record of contact details, calls & sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Develop and customize scripted sales pitch to explain Tatu City products.
Direct prospects and leads to the commercial sales team.
Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Respond to queries from potential customers approached through advertisements.
Lead telesales strategies and guide usage of the company’s CRM database for lead conversion.

REQUIREMENTS
Hard skills and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Relevant work experience in sales and telemarketing
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
