What you will do:
Call prospective customers and take them through the various Mogo products and terms (Car financing, Logbook loans etc)
Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about mogo products
Proactively work with leads to achieve loan issuance targets
Answer customers’ questions and overcome objections
Meet company expectations for excellent customer experience
Follow-up on existing customers
Properly record data in Mogo IT system.
Schedule customers’ visits to Mogo branch
Any other task that may be assigned from time to time
What you will need:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Must have completed their probation period and Confirmed
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Fluent in English and Swahili.
Good leadership skills
