Telesales Agent

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Karogo Coffee and its unique selling points.
Follow up with leads from online inquiries, website traffic, and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Answer customer queries, provide detailed product information, and assist with order placement.
Process sales transactions, ensuring accurate entry into the system.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Gather customer feedback and report trends to the sales and marketing teams.
Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales, call centre sales, or a similar role.
Excellent spoken English.
Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience in e-commerce, food, or coffee sales is an advantage.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and order management software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
