Role Summary
He/She will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and promoting our internet service solutions to Vilcom’s potential customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company’s ISP products and services
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product, information, addressing customer questions effectively
Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring follow-up until closure.
Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and requirements
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to achieve the set sales targets.
Achieve and exceed assigned set sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain detailed records of customer interaction, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Stay updated on Vilcom’s product offering, market trends, and competitor activities to provide informed decisions & recommendations
Build and maintain long term relationships with customers through effective communication and follow- ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns & sales strategies
Adhere to Vilcom’s policies and compliance standards during your interactions with customers.
Outcomes – Indicators of Success
Sales Achievement: Number of new customer acquisitions per month.
Call Efficiency: Number of outbound calls made daily and their effectiveness.
Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted to paying customers.
Revenue Generation: Monthly revenue
contribution through sales efforts.
Customer Retention Rate: Percentage of customers retained through upselling and excellent service. Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Customer feedback on service quality and experience. Follow-up Efficiency: Number of follow-ups resulting in successful conversions.
CRM Compliance: Accuracy and timeliness of data entry in CRM systems.
Product Knowledge: Demonstration of in-depth understanding of product offerings and competitive landscape.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2 years of experience in Tele – Sales, preferably in the ISP industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Excellence verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
