MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field with at least 5 years experience OR Diploma in a related technical field with at least 7 years of experience in the appropriate conformity assessment standard
Master’s Degree is an added advantage
Proficiency in English and Swahili.
Basic computer skills.
A TOT Course lasting not less than 1 week is an added advantage.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated previous experience as a trainer, industrial training specialist or related position.
Ability to take assignments within short notice
