Technical Service Manager

Job Description
He/she would be required to ensure effective, safe and reliable supply of FM services i.e. Operational, office services, gardening, waste disposal, boiler maintenance, mechanical equipment and utilities management.
Key Responsibilities:

Single point of contact responsible for the overall contract delivery and success.
Responsible for developing positive relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
Chair monthly operations and finance reviews.
Maintain primary responsibility for hiring, training, compensation and performance tracking of employees.
Manage and control 3rd party suppliers e.g. catering & beverage, cleaning & consumable.
Responsible for housekeeping and health & safety.
Responsible for project management.

Qualification:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Proven knowledge of local HSE standards and regulations.
Proven experience in FM service provision.
Proven multi discipline technical experience in manufacturing environment.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work in multicultural environment.
Must have worked in a high paced organization.
