Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for roof products.
New Business Development: Proactively generate new sales opportunities via field sales, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
Client Engagement: Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients, addressing technical queries and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing continuous support, guidance, and technical expertise.
Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth technical advice on roofing products, ensuring clients are well-informed about the features, benefits, and installation process.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive product innovation and service improvements.
Trade Events: Represent Classic Mouldings at trade shows, networking events, and expos to expand visibility and create sales opportunities.
Customer Support: Resolve client objections or complaints, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training, and industry events to stay current with best practices and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on roofing or technical product sales.
Strong technical knowledge in roofing products and construction processes (preferred but not required).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
