Key responsibilities
Lead with technical insights and leverage customer/consumer insights to feed into innovation/renovation of our offerings
To Grow and manage the alcoholic business in the Greater Africa, specifically beer brewing
Align with RDA team to deliver overall cross functional excellence and consistent ways of working
Drive Competitive Advantage – continuously drive the adoption of Kerry technologies and capabilities, ensuring attraction and retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices to share with other commercial teams
Customer Intimacy and Partnership – in-depth knowledge of our focussed customer set, with enriching relationships with critical stakeholders across Customers and Industry. Bringing to the table Credibility, Competence & Presence that makes Kerry the Partner of Choice. Educate the team in best practices and develop sales capability
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Food Marketing
8 – 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer service – preferably from a food science background,
Experience in Brewing
Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities,
Passionate Strong execution skills with the ability to remain agile, tracking to the fast-paced business environment
