Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT) or Commerce and a proven track record of selling financial solutions in the East African market. With 5-10 years of tangible experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the East African region.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Provide technical expertise to clients and address their inquiries effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT) or Commerce.
5-10 years of successful experience in selling financial solutions in East Africa.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the BFSI sector in East Africa.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Technical proficiency to explain complex financial solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
