Product Portfolio Management
Supervise the coordination and customization of products purchased from suppliers for customers’ requirements and market fluctuations.
Manage and lead the development of new and existing products that could result in successful marketing and sales of profitable products in the Kenyan domestic market.
Support and identify new technical opportunities for technical launch platforms to contribute sustainable CP portfolio
Technical Support
Offer technical support to sales personnel and customers, and handle the resolution of complaints and challenges concerning the products.
Produce specifications, guides, and other reference material for products and their usage.
Training and Development
Develop and put into practice training sessions for the sales agronomists with the intention of improving their product mastery and sales skills.
Continuously organize team meetings and seminars to update the sales team with new product knowledge and skills.
Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities based on customer challenges.
Regulatory and Compliance
Ensure all products are developed to adhere to the set agricultural regulations and compliance.
Ensure a good relationship with suppliers for the purpose of getting and keeping all the required documents for regulatory purposes.
Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Biology or any other related field. MSc. level will be a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in crop protection, nutrition, or technical management in the agricultural industry.
Product development and marketing of products experience is a plus

Valid Driving Licence
