Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their ERP needs and document requirements
Deliver impactful PowerPoint and product presentations to new and existing clients
Prepare and refine technical proposals to support client onboarding
Ensure the Software Dynamics brand stays visible in the ERP space
Oversee onboarding activities, mentor interns, and develop client engagement strategies
