Technical Business Expert

Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and market demands.
Evaluate competitors’ products and strategies to develop a competitive edge and unique value proposition.
Identify and prioritize potential business opportunities for expansion and growth.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and opportunities, while coordinating with the headquarters team in Taiwan.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor technical solutions that align with their business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients on dye and textile-related technical matters.

New Business Development:

Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and distributors through targeted outreach and networking.
Present technical solutions and value propositions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of dye and textile industry technologies, trends, and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products and solutions that meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the company’s technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities and limitations.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to align business strategies and technical capabilities.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, understandable terms.
Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure business activities align with growth targets and company strategies

Negotiation and Contract Management:

Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure partnerships, contracts, and agreements that align with the company’s goals and terms.
Ensure that contractual agreements are well-defined, including technical specifications, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven track record in technical business development within the dye and textile industry.
Strong understanding of dyeing processes, textile manufacturing, and related technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Demonstrated experience in identifying and closing new business deals.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills for market analysis and opportunity identification.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
