Work Order Management:
Monitor and track the execution of Reactive and PPM Work Orders to ensure timely completion.
Follow up with technicians, vendors, and service providers to ensure assigned work is progressing as planned.
Address and escalate any delays, bottlenecks, or non-compliance issues in work order execution.
CMMS System Management:
Ensure all job cards are accurately tracked, documented, and uploaded into the CMMS.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of completed and pending work orders.
Generate and analyze reports from CMMS to track work completion rates and performance trends.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between the technical team, contractors, and management for work order follow-ups.
Provide regular status updates on maintenance tasks, job progress, and any outstanding issues.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company maintenance standards and policies.
Compliance & Reporting:
Verify that all work orders are completed per required service levels and technical standards.
Assist in audits and ensure maintenance records are available for compliance checks.
Identify areas for process improvement in work order tracking and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical administration, facilities management, or work order tracking.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CMMS or similar work order management systems is an advantage.
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and work order management software.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving delays and maintenance-related issues.
