Job Summary : This position’s main responsibility is to build and maintain post sales relationships with Veripark’s clients. VeriPark offers the following solutions :- Multi-channel delivery – Loan origination and CRM for banks and financial institutions.
Job Details :
Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction
Address product related questions and technical challenges with our client
Integrate customer internal applications and systems with Veripark’s products and applications
Educate and train clients where necessary on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth
Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
Engaging with customer support to ensure customer issues are addressed
Frequently conduct and coordinate tactical operations reviews with client teams
Act as the middle-man to support organization to ensure client escalations are resolved in due time
Engaging with Product Management Team on product roadmap discussions
Partner with Account Sales Development teams to build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers
Accurately replicate, identify, and document software defects with appropriate tracking system
Perform quarterly Business reviews and assist in product trainings needed
To deliver and exceed on all Performance targets
Desired skills :
8 yrs to 10 yrs of experience in similar role required
Must be from Banking sector or Financial institution background
Bachelors or Masters from Computer Science / IT
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
Strong technical knowledge required
Knowledge in MS Dynamics CRM is a plus
More than five years’ experience in a technical account management role
Advanced knowledge of behavioral targeting required
Ability to match client’s business requirements with product capabilities
Ability to make right decisions based on strong analytical reasoning skills
Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members
Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met
Travel requirements would be around 40% to 60%.
