Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead (Sales) for Fiber Optic Solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving B2B sales, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored fiber optic solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets
Engage in cold calling and outreach to identify potential clients and their needs
Communicate fiber optic solutions and value propositions effectively to clients
Coordinate with the technical team to arrange presentations and prepare quotations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for a seamless experience
Conduct regular follow-ups, schedule meetings, and convert leads into sales
Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry, with team leadership experience preferred
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
In-depth technical knowledge of fiber optic solutions, products, and processes
Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in fiber optics
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
