General Oversight and Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to high-quality standards in our short term rental operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold service excellence and monitor both online and offline feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Team Performance Management:
Lead and motivate a team including reservations manager, listings manager, operations manager, repairs team, and housekeeping teams.
Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving operational and customer service goals.
Demand Management:
Collaborate with the Long Term Rentals Team Lead on property expansion strategies and execute the acquisition strategy.
Supply Management:
Ensure listing optimization and monitor listing quality, and optimize occupancy rates through effective listing management. Analyze monthly occupancy overviews and plan future occupancy strategies.
Quality Control:
Supervise the Operations Manager in maintaining cleaning quality and efficiency.
Manage stock taking and stock taking management processes to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to Finance Oversight:
Work closely with the listing manager and accounting team on financial overviews. Maintain records of property performance, including occupancy rates and financial transactions. Manage petty cash, approve expenses, and oversee payment processes.
Customer Happiness/Experience:
Ensure overall client satisfaction across short-term rental units with the relevant teams
Branding/Marketing:
Maintain the overall branding and marketing strategy planning, and collaborate with external agencies on social media scheduling and branding strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business/Property/Sales field.
Proven experience in project management, property management or hospitality, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and grow a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, solution focussed and creative/innovative. As a growing company we require an out of the box thinker willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.
Knowledge of property management is a benefit, however for the right candidate we are open to look at other applicable experiences
