Talent Operations Lead

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Vision and Strategy: Work with our Operations leadership team and the organization at large, to collaboratively build upon and execute on the Company vision for all talent operation functions consistently improving our effectiveness and helping us achieve our overall business goals.
Values and Culture: Help maintain our core values and ensure that all decisions, programs, and processes are aligned with our Vision, Mission, and Company objectives.

Talent Operations:

Review and update our talent operations procedures and templates regularly
Ensure enforcement of all our procedures with 100% compliance
Lead a team of talent operations with the aim that our talents are giving the best to our clients and we are always proactive to talent issues. AVOID Reactiveness
Ensure all processes are automated and very minimal manual work involved as we scale and run a large pool of talents
Provide Senior leadership real-time talent KPI updates with 100% accuracy
You are a point of contact with the Engineering team for Talent Operations in terms of tools implementation as well as upgrade or issue resolution.
Work closely with the Customer Operations team to ensure our marketplace is always fully aligned from demand to supply.

Talent Engagement:

Work on an Active talent engagement strategy from the day they get their first project to the day they are offboarded to a pool (handed over to the talent department)
Implement a proactive talent engagement strategy to ensure our talents are well-taken care off at all times
implement and have a team to manage a helpline to all active talents

Leadership KRAs
Performance Management:

Manage employee performance e.g. Weekly/monthly continuous performance discussions and provision of feedback.
Translate strategy into executable plans while motivating your team with clear direction by setting clear goals and KPIs each quarter.

Team Engagement: Engage team and manage diversity within the workplace by encouraging and personally participating in employee engagement activities
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field

Professional Qualifications

Relevant professional qualification;
Member of a relevant professional body

Experience

Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant experience with at least three (3) years in leading Talent Operations related role in start-up or small and medium business with a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing geographically distributed teams.
