Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for the day to day administrative activities and coordination for all workers – core & cloud.
Job-specific Responsibilities:

Issue CW contracts, HIPAA/NDAs and any other client specific docs
Support CloudWorker insurance process;

Support the finance team for the monthly review of the insurance offerings
Own the CloudWorker insurance sign up and offboarding process

Facilitate onboarding (pre-onboarding, onboarding ) activities for the core team.

Own the management of the new hire packet tasks
Input data in BambooHR and raise notable gaps for alignment
New team member orientation

Conduct background and document checks for the core team, ensuring that new team members have submitted police clearance certificates.
Management of employee records in collaboration with the talent operations associate.
Maintenance of CloudWorker data and updating as appropriate.
Talent’s POC on KiRA for core team related support, alongside Talent Ops Associate.
Automation & Tool Support
Researching and helping out with the possible automation in helpdesk
Working on spreadsheet script to automate workflows wherever possible
Maintain and update CloudWorker self service portal & knowledge base
Health & safety CloudWorker onboarding and DSE checks as required by local legislation.
Champions of employee/cloudworker wellbeing through proactively supporting CF initiatives around wellbeing and taking an active interest in serving CWs/employees with wellbeing needs that we can reasonably support.
Core and Cloud administrator of the off-boarding process which includes exit surveys/interviews, certificate of service/ references,alumni setup.
Assist in facilitation of the sign off process for documents relating to team members through Hello Sign. e.g benefits, NSSF, NHIF introduction letters.
Assist in drafting of employment contracts within scope.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, providing oversight and being the communication liaison with all stakeholders.
Assist in the employee off-boarding process, especially coordination of documents that require sign off.
Assist in Trial Evaluation Process (90 day and 6 month follow ups with team members, managers and peers).

Requirements

1 – 3 years experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail. Articulate, influential, concise, and able to negotiate.
Experience with G-suite/MS Office.
Basic understanding of HR principles and their application in order to respond to and resolve general HR queries is a plus. An appreciation of local employment legislation that may lead to items requiring escalation.
