As the T&C Coordinator, some of the responsibilities are:
International Payroll and Pension Administration
Responsible for monthly processing of FH International payroll.
Responsible for monthly pension processing and benefit administration.
Expatriate and International Staff Benefits Administration
Responsible for international health & life insurance and disability insurance benefits administration, including billing requests and invoice reconciliation.
Responsible for benefit reimbursements and third-party payment administration.
Responsible for ensuring contexts and varied legal employer benefit provisions are applied and administered appropriately per contracts and FH policy.
Employment Lifecycle Processes
Responsible for creating and maintaining all expatriate and international staff payroll records.
Ensure proper maintenance of non-US GSC employees, leave records in collaboration with the Regional Human Resource Managers, and prepare annual reports.
Supports country office use of HRIS / leave tracking systems as a global administrator, troubleshooting and ensuring system updates and data integrity is maintained.
