Recruiting, for CloudFactory, is the lifeblood that enables amazing service delivery of our clients (hint: these are globally recognized and leading companies) and have the biggest possible impact in providing meaningful work for our workforce.
The nature and size of our workforce requires a creative mindset, unusual problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify and scale processes. This is a very low touch but high volume recruiting cycle, often dealing with upwards of hiring 100 people per month and processing over 1,000 applications.
As the Cloud Talent Strategist, you will be our mission champion to have “people who care” as our differentiator for high quality service delivery, while ensuring the best possible Cloud Worker satisfaction and personal growth – we have an amazing team that will help you achieve this.
Our Cloud Talent Strategist is not a conventional human resources role and actually we dislike the term human resources. Similarly, the person we are looking for might actively dislike conventional recruitment – this is truly an opportunity to create a recruiting pipeline that is fully automated while still identifying people who care.
You’ll be working within our small Acquisitions team, to ensure we attract, select and train the most appropriate Cloud Workers to meet our dynamic client needs.

You must be have good communication skills, be able to clearly delegate and manage tasks, and be passionate about connecting talented people in Kenya to innovative new opportunities. You are excited by data, and strategies to make hiring processes smarter and more efficient. You are an innovator and have developed new approaches, ideas and problem solving methods for high quality delivery. You are great in developing metrics, tracking, creating action plans and understanding basic financial implications of ideas. You are creative in the way you build systems to add value to other parts of the business.
Overall, you will be responsible for scaling CloudFactory’s workforce in Kenya, ensuring an incredible client and worker experience.
