We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our HR team who’s organized, pro-active and confident working in a fast pace, high pressured environment. Our HR team at M-KOPA support employees across the globe to achieve their potential. Your main objective will be to support M-KOPA’s growth by facilitating our recruitment across a variety of roles and teams, as well as developing our Talent Acquisition strategies to build on M-KOPA’s employer branding and develop improved direct pipelines. This role will focus on Technology teams, who are in a period of high growth amongst a demanding market, and will additionally support our global team, working closely with teams in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, and Ghana.

To Achieve This, You’ll Be Expected To

Lead on direct recruitment for the technology group, including advertising and head hunting
Support the development of M-KOPA’s employer brand and presence in the global Technology market
Contribute to the global recruitment and HR teams to develop a market related and global sourcing strategy
Manage the transactional recruitment process, from requisition approval to offer, taking ownership of M-KOPA’s ATS system, candidate relationships, and agency partnerships
Providing advisory support to stakeholders, ensuring all are trained and comfortable with the recruitment process
Assist on adhoc projects as needed

You Might Be A Good Fit If…

You are an experienced recruiter, and can support in house employer recruitment practices
You have experience or passion for the Technology market, with a developed network within this space
You have experience recruiting challenging roles and in a high-volume environment
You are organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive nature
You are collaborative, with strong communication skills, and enjoy working in large teams
You are enthusiastic about project work and taking on leadership roles within this
You are familiar with an applicant tracking system, or are comfortable working with similar systems

This position will report tothe Head of Talent Acquisition and can be based anywhere where possible to work within a time zone -1/+3 hours UTC. We can offer a full-time permanent contract of employment to candidates’ resident in the UK, Kenya, Uganda or Nigeria, where our offices are based, together with a competitive salary (dependent on skills and experience), company bonus (dependent on company performance and OKRs), and a range of company benefits. For applicants who are resident in countries outside of where our offices are based, we can offer a3-year consultancy contract, together with a freelance daily rate and an annual bonus incentive.
