Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

We are searching for a talented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires. You will also play a crucial role in welcoming new hires and guiding them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at attracting talent
Draft job descriptions and post job openings across various platforms, including social media and job boards.
Utilize online databases, job fairs, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications, and conduct interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in interviews and provide input on hiring decisions.
Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate cyclic reports
Support the onboarding program and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Does This Sound Like You?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
