Job Description
The role holder will be tasked to design, code, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within the T24 system, ensuring that programs and scripts function as intended in a
production environment. Additionally, they will resolve, reported incidents, document root causes, resolutions, and system changes to provide clear and actionable records for future reference and compliance.
Furthermore, he/she will propose and implement practical solutions to address production issues and enhance overall system performance in collaboration with other users.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Information Technology/Computer science or related course
Experience Required
Delivery Enablement
Technology, 3 -7 years
T24 Banking Experience: Broad Experience working with T24 banking applications
and its key modules, AC, FT, Delivery(SWIFT), AA.
At least 3+ years of experience in supporting Temenos T24 core banking system.
