Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible for delivering support to end users in regard to the use of various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives; this includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers. S/he is also responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of in-house software applications, training programs and related courseware.
Key Responsibilities
Trouble shoot and solve systems problems
Carry out system requirements gathering and analysis
Design and develop applications
Carry application deployment and testing
Training of users
Carry out system DEMOS
Carry out technical proposal writing
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science /Information Technology
Experience with PHP programming and Web Content Management Systems (Joomla and WordPress)
At least 2 years’ experience in :
C++/C#(ASP.NET web Development),
HTML5,CSS,JavaScript,JQuery,
Java and Android SDK
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision, EDRMS would be an added advantage.
