Systems Analyst

Job Description
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for the efficient operation of IT infrastructure and IT support services in the company, and advising the management on best ICT and data protection practices.
Key Role and Responsibilities: –

Software Development and Support.
Web systems / Website Development and Support.
Translate documented business requirements into a technical solution design for implementation.
Network Support – LAN and WAN
Help desk support
System Administration
Desktop Software and Hardware support
Systems and application software support
Server and client operating systems support
Data and voice communication support
Networking and ICT security
Output and print management.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Identify risks, issues, and potential impacts on business operations.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Oversee the implementation and customization of the ERP systems to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with end-users to address user inquiries, system issues, and change requests.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
Knowledge of computer systems and programming languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Proficiency in system analysis tools, such as data flow diagrams, process models, and requirement gathering techniques.
Experience in performing system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and SQL a plus.
