Your Tasks
Lead and steer the development and implementation of an aligned (global/region) MU Business Strategy.
Drive and Support Local IIM projects.
Management of multiple warehouses, complex distribution footprint, long lead times, erratic buying patterns and conflicting KPI’s.
Ensuring the timely, cost and service optimized Logistics services in compliance with required standards, regulations and global guidelines.
Establish joint projects with PCs in order to improve the replenishment cycle of locally produce SKU.
Ensure that PC KPIs are aligned with Supply Chain KPIs and develop collaboration between teams in order to ensure overall success of the regional value chain.
Establish Supply Chain concepts to efficiently and cost effectively manage the various customer servicing relationships in the MU i.e. direct to store customers, wholesale and distributors and DC customers.
Ensuring constant supply planning of finished goods based on MLU forecasts and acting as interface between MU Countries, their customers and Production Centers (PCs)/other Hubs for all logistics related processes.
Your Profile
10 years Management experience in Supply Chain and General Management
International experience and context
Strong people focus and ability in the Formation, Leadership and Development of teams
Highly developed analytical skills – combined with ability to develop and deliver on strategies
