Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Objectives

Distributors order collection and forwarding to RHQ
Verification of sell-out information reliability
Demand forecasting to align the production in RHQ
Ensuring company direction of product supply

Duties and Responsibilities

To ensure demand forecast accuracy for effective supply chain management
To monitor sell-through on regular basis based on each product category
To cover wider products scope in the market
Support distributors to maintain inventory level
Prevent product aging stock issue
Logistics issue coordination (customs / shipment)
Solving distributors’ complaints and documentation issues
Ensuring company standard and regulation compliance for supply chain activity
Communication between Production, logistics, and product marketing for local market
Organize and lead weekly meeting within department
PSI (Purchase Sales Inventory management) Minimize surplus or shortage of inventory by managing PSI of company and maintaining optima inventory
Weeks of Stocks (WOS)Calculate optimal WOS) for each market through understanding the distribution structure and analysing actual sale data
Direct communication channel for supply chain

Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role

A Bachelor s degree in business administration or logistics field
3plus years’ experience in Supply Chain, Retail, B2B, logistics business
A similar level position in a multinational would be a great advantage
Possession of a post-graduate degree from a recognized university will be an added advantage
