Supply Chain & Controlling Manager/Business Partner – AP EA

What you can expect
The successful incumbent will be responsible for controlling and operational supply chain management responsibilities in East Africa. Duties will include the following:

    Operational management of the unit and the creation of a modern, positive management culture – fostering a culture of joint ownership & responsibility for forecast & sales budget success
    Drive performance management agenda, jointly with the Country Manager & NSM’s
    Planning, reporting, forecasting, controlling of costs for APE/S East Africa
    Leading the regional Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process, involving Marketing, Sales, Controlling and Country Management
    Ensuring the efficient management of direct reports, their extended teams & the local Supply Chain & Controlling organization as a whole, through realistic target setting, clear communication & regular feedback within the defined performance management & development framework
    Easy Score Board (ESB) follow up
    Local costs management (control of cost reports, cost centres)
    Optimized business planning process from short to long term forecast, including Warehousing operations
    Monitoring/Reporting/Pro-Active Flagging of actual sales versus forecast quantities
    Support of the yearly budget process and  the hub controlling

What we expect

   10 years of experience in finance or controlling
    Management and Process organization
    Ability to work in a multi-cultural department
    SAP knowledge
    International experience, iFRS,
