Supply Chain Assistant

Job Summary:
As a supply chain assistant will be responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain activities on inventory management,  asset management, vehicle operation management and warehouse management. Your opinion and expertise will truly make an impact in this line of work, and you can help contribute to our company’s constant improvement.
Job Responsibilities:

Warehousing; distribution management; fleet management; disposal of stores and equipment; procurement;
Inventory and stock control, in accordance with the laid down regulations and procedures;
Issuing and receiving stores;
Assisting in stock taking, reconciliation, preparation and maintenance of records; Responsible for safety and prompting filling of store documents;
Preparation of weekly, monthly reports;
Ensure efficient discharge of inventory activities; Disposal of stores and equipment;
Processing and forwarding invoices for payment to account section; Assist in preparations of stores projections and documentation;
Assistance to draft quality assurance policies and procedures
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures OSHA, HACCP
Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Collect and compile statistical quality-related data
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Monitor risk management activities
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
