Direct reports: Officers -Profile Development
Responsible for:
Development of profile and pre-employment and staff vetting.
Tasks and outputs:
Conducting profile development operations.
Carrying out Financial Analysis relating to lifestyle Audits.
Preparing technical and management reports
Securing of information obtained to protect confidentiality and integrity of operations.
Evaluating staff performance through the review of completed assignments and initiatives and develop staff skills.
Reviewing quality of the lifestyle Audits Profiles products and disseminate appropriately.
Utilization of data analysis systems and methodologies to support optimum usage of information received from Multi Agencies and other departments and divisions.
Conducting pre-employment vetting to prevent bad hire and implementing plan for continuous profile evaluation upon employment.
Presentation of evidence and liaising with legal department/committee on matters relating to lifestyle audit.
Skills required:
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Commerce or related disciplines from a recognized university of 15 years of progressive criminal/fraud investigations
5 years of progressive work experience with at least 3 years of Fraud/Financial investigations/asset tracing & recovery in a senior position in reputable organization.
Post Graduate degree in Tax & Customs Administration is an added advantage.
