Responsibilities
Define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives required to enable CSquared’s ambitious growth plans in current and future markets.
Lead analytical efforts regarding key business questions by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, and developing actionable recommendations for both existing and new products/initiatives.
Lead cross-functional and in-market project teams on key transverse strategic initiatives.
Communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and to the broader organization.
Leverage in-market resources and relationships to gather market intelligence and update CSquared’s strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in wireless, or wireline communication either as a vendor, operator or consultant.
Post-graduate level experience at a management consulting firm.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
Experience and understanding of specificities of emerging markets, especially Sub-Saharan-Africa.
Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives, with distinctive analytical skills.
Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge regarding wireless/wireline telecommunications technology and industry/public policy.
Ability to present to executives and to communicate with highly technical management.
