What you will do!
Evaluate and select suppliers for the site services category.
Conduct supplier discussions to create more value for Ericsson.
Ensure supplier agreement implementation with proper contract T&Cs.
Efficiently manage key Suppliers as per Ericsson SRM framework
Ensure that sourcing KPIs & targets are met with great success; like cost reduction, supplier consolidation.
Ensure that Preferred Supplier List is in place and followed.
Extracting the best value from suppliers by driving the RFx process.
Ensure that compliance on sourcing process follow up is 100%.

Education: Engineering Degree or Business Administration or relevant procurement degree
7-15 years procurement experience relevant to network rollout or management services. Telecommunication service experience is a plus.
Experience handling complex spend of technical requirements.
Must have good stakeholder engagement skills.

Business sense skills.
Contract Leadership skills.
Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
Knowledge of market and site service supplier base.
