Minimum qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in a partner-facing role at a technology company, startup, or similar role.
Experience in contracting, negotiation, partner management, and partnership development in a technical environment.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Ability to navigate complex structures and adapt to cross-functional collaboration.

You will play a pivotal role in advancing Google Research’s mission in the region by identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships that drive innovation and impact in areas such as machine learning, natural language understanding, and academic collaborations.
Responsibilities
Identify and lead exploratory discussions with external partners.
Negotiate and close strategic product partnerships agreements, including licensing technology and content, collaborative research agreements.
Create written communications and presentations with messages effectively tailored to different audience levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop partner strategy and collaboration plans for the research leadership team.
Understand the complex technical areas of the research organization.
